Victor Perez, Esq.
Victor Perez, Esq. was born and raised in Dalton, Georgia, and received his undergraduate in History from the University of Georgia. In 2023, he received his Juris Doctorate from the Georgia State University College of Law along with a certificate in Public Interest Law and Policy and graduated with the highest distinction in pro bono and public service. During his time in law school, Victor participated in the Georgia State College of Law immigration clinic, summer internships at the Whitfield County District Attorney’s office, and completed an immigration externship with Shirazi Immigration Inc. Victor is the proud son of two Mexican immigrants who came to the U.S. in search of the American dream. Growing up in Dalton, Victor witnessed first-hand the tenacity and indomitable will of the immigrant community as they overcame daily challenges and hardship to better themselves and create a better future for their families. Inspired by his need to help others, Victor chose to practice immigration law because he saw that there was a great need for legal partitioners to help assist clients throughout the ever-changing and complex immigration landscape. He chose to continue working with Shirazi Immigration, Inc. because he wanted to be a part of a firm that believes in putting the client’s needs first, offering the highest quality legal services, and always fighting tooth and nail for their client’s legal interests. Shirazi Immigration, Inc. has over twenty years of experience fighting for their clients and always providing ethical and honest legal advice in deportation defense, detention, asylum/human rights, family immigration, domestic violence, and consular issues, and handles all manners of appeal to the Board of Immigration Appeals.
